The mission of the Ulcinj Business Association is to improve life quality of all citizens in Montenegro through economic prosperity, to cooperate both with the public and private sector, the international organizations and individual experts, in order to contribute to the development and prosperity of Montenegrin economy.

Long-lasting aims of Ulcinj Business Association are:

• To help in forming a healthy business environment for private business owners, who represent the basic support of the Montenegrin economy.
• To improve the surroundings for investments.
• To help in developing of tourism in Ulcinj and to develop preconditions for the realization of the Master plan.
• To constantly widen the variety of services which it offers for its members.
• To increase its membership.

The membership in the Ulcinj Business Association provides worthness for every individual member, for a wider business corporation and in general for Montenegro. UBA is open for both individuals and companies who would support the mission of the organization and who are ready to promote the ideas of market economy.

The present members are small and medium companies and business owners, associations, NGO-s and everybody else is welcome to become part of UBA.

Becoming a member of Ulcinj Business Association you can get different services:

• UBA informs its members about laws and municipality regulations.
• UBA acts in public and represents the interests of the members.
• International contacts can be made.
• Different discounts, fair discounts, internal discounts and other discounts offered by various companies are provided for the UBA members.

UBA is a member of the Association of Employees in Montenegro (UPCG), of the Montenegrin Bussiness Alliance (MBA), Economic-Social Council of the Ulcinj municipality and one of the founders of the organization Association of Businessman at Montenegrin level, which gathers craftsmen companies.

Since the beginning of May 2006, UBA has also been a full member of the Medium Standard Bureau Balkan from Sofia, who are supporting the regional development of small and medium craftsmen companies in South-Eastern Europe.

We can be happy with what we have achieved so far, and this has also been proved by the confidence of our members, as there are already 285 of them with the tendency of growing every day. Today UBA is one of the leading subjects in Ulcinj and it has been positioned as one of the most successful NGO-s in Montenegro. Furthermore, since 2003 UBA has been organizing various manifestations like:

• “All in Favour of Tourism”
• “Ulcinj – the Town of Flowers”

and it has made some realy good results. Seminars, presentations, meeting with banks, state agencies are part of usual activities, which are organized by the Ulcinj Business Association.
